***UPDATE***
I had another computer scare today. While I was showering my one year old threw my laptop to the floor. Luckily the problem was only that the hard drive was jarred loose. Phew.
I love how I always think I could manage just fine without a computer until it gives me a scare like you had. Then I have to cuddle it all night and apologize for even thinking about leaving.

Allison, I understand the feeling. With two computer accidents in as many months I'm starting to feel like I've got bad computer karma or something.
